Only if the new company wants to uplist to the NASDAQ, AMEX, etc. after reporting audited financials for a year and trading at $4+ for 30 or 60 days.

So the requirements are only for uplisting. AIHM will be free to trade on the OTC (Pinks and OTCBB) as much as it wants, at whatever price.
