Good morning Printmail! I'm glad you could join us.
For starters, I don't think anyone has claimed that the $1.5M funds exist, although I'd love to see your proof that they don't. I posted a loose calculation this morning to suggest how funds could be used (if they exist). If the money isn't for real, please explain it to all of us. Personally, I don't know either way, although the company announced it in a widely distributed PR. If you know something to the contrary, please share it with us.

didn't happen, either... I'm sure we'll get the details in the 10K or even sooner in an 8K, bearing in mind SEC allows up to 10 days, or so, to release details of a material event, as far as I recall...
