Good point, but that was for an annual filing for which they had months to prepare. I do not like the feel of this. KK must know that soon the certs will arrive and GERSD will be traded. There is nothing that others beside a few of the insiders here can hang their hat on but the Q3. I was certain that KK would not disappoint in this regard. I may be fooled again. The real soap opera here is what the Q3 states. If that is disappointing too, it won't be a good time to be a GERS(D) common shareholder.
