Roxanna usually is pretty good answering emails. Maybe send her another one? Also the IR company Rockport is pretty good giving information.

If shares are restricted, they are so for about a year. So theoretically one can't sell shares received as dividends during the first year. But don't take my words as truth because I really don't know much about MPIX dividends status once they are paid in.
