indeed, Ark. CarltonH and team have done an amazing job imho so far, not perfect, but who could? it would appear that he is pushing Montal to the surface here. yet the DTCC is so vast, so big, so untouchable, that it will be difficult to force justice, but if CH Ltd continues to go after the personal perps who have obstructed justice and are obstructing justice, eventually there will be impact points that will cause justice to emerge.

the brokers and dtcc have acted with clear intent to defraud/obstruct and cannot continue obstructing justice and denying us what is our's by statute. are we not a nation of LAWS anymore for crying out loud?

people go to jail FOR SUCH SMALLER THINGS than what has happened here. the game is up.

having said that, i am still looking for the real tipping point that starts the irreversible domino calvacade.

I would really like to know what is next.

You'd probably do well not to accuse Montal of either. And do you understand that he's DTCC's General Counsel? He isn't a policy maker.
