a lot of that 22 M will be needed for operating expenses, until revenues start kicking in to cover expenses.. they need to move forward on burn and vocal, clinical trials are not cheap!
it's already being used for acne and full face, should go for indications that it won't be used off label for and can rec' insurance reimbursement, ie burn, vocal IMO
