Investor relations (IR) is essentially the outsourcing of the marketing and Q&A of the BORK story to the investment / investor community.
BORK does not.
One board, like I-hub, can not do it.
A three paragraph PR w/Business Wire, Bloomberg etc. can not do it.
Leave behinds and mailings to who "we know" will never bring in enough eyeballs / deep pockets to move this stock the way IR firms will.
BORK is not a blip on the radar screens of any significant number of new, wealthy investors.
You've heard of Morgan Stanley, Goldman-Sachs?
Why do firms contract with them to do their IR and IPO's?
Because they know who, where and how much. Their outreach potential is phenemenol.
They assure success.
BORK need not go to the "big boys"...yet - perhaps when they go into an IPO after BORK achievex the NASDAQ qualifications.
But the links I included in my post #7511 to a few sub-tier players will suffice rolling out the "story" to expand the investor base while BORK is still very, very small.
