I will also buy 1M or 2M more, but need to sell some of my other Cos first, anyway:

A good indicator for me to buy a stock, is Volume, momo, rumors( Buy when the ask hit is)



U can wait and hope to can buy it lower, perhaps u will get filled 1 day!

But in hope, that u can get filled cheap, u can miss the train to jump in.

We will have our day and once we have our day, PHAR will go up >+ 100% in the first 10 minutes( big volume)
