You are doing an excellent job. Really. I would be doing the same thing but unfortunately I am not very tactful with my wording but I am learning. That's why I didn't get a reply the second time I e-mailed him. I laid into the way he was running the company and that he was ripping people off and buying time and schtuff like dat. Everyone should join your parade of suggestions.
