#26186 RE: Chaos13 #26184

I've double-checked the DUSS SEC filings, and can not find one instance where they've filed for their Oct 31 year end in December. Furthermore, the last quarter that they filed for ended July 31st (their Q3), and they filed that on 9/19 (which is in the delay extension period, since it was a 10-Q and due sept 15th, 45 days after the quarter close date, but they opted for the 5 day extension allowed on Qs). I'm only posting what is required by the SEC regs and what has been the DUSS reporting track record. If you ask me what my preference is, I'd really like to see earlier reporting, a substantial increase in sales, and some profit. Hope this clears things up. Go DUSS. GLTA
