I assume you are female but, Cawmone Man! This has been the most ridiculously goofy management of a company I have ever seen. Nothing ever officially said, but unofficial they have toiled, spent money, yada yada yada. Then you resign to a phantom BOD, with details to come? I have had enough of this crap.
