Matt told me in the email that it was over 200K shares and it was from the 2008 transaction. I believe the 13.5M shares are separate from these shares.
Matt...can you respond and let us know? I know you wanted to give us an update in data room? I think now would be a good time since you might have some more info on the restriction of ACLY.
Also, isn't there a restriction on those 13.5M shares?
