Mike, would love to see a rally based on general Mkt optimism and potential "holiday rally". A launch from higher pps, upon news we anxiously await, would be well received in this corner of the world. unjfortunately, I am out of dry powder to take advantage of this decline.

You might be correct. The market took some heavy blows last week and finished standing pretty tall. I suspect tomorrow will be an interesting day as Germany reports growth.
