You know that a 5 day extension is fully allowed with zero penalty whatsoever whether it's term "notification of late" or not it's identically equivalent to an extension of the deadline hence companies are given 5 days. And there will be hundreds of companies filing NT-10Qs on Monday. Hundreds.
