I used that title as an example, and I sent it to David too. I want to get him interested in putting out news stories, not just announcements of big events. I felt if I personalized it, it might get his attention more. Any story can be written to play up the positive, and not mention or downplay the negative. He should be thinking outside the box and using any free media access to promote the company. There are lots of ways to do that. There are multiple news outlets where he could post or submit stories.
