Those are all poor analogies.

How about we just keep on point and address the question that the pr brought up.

Where does it say that a public company can make legally paid for shares null and void and under what circumstances such?

If noone knows, that's fine. That at least, is an answer.

Those are absurd comparisons. What is proposed by Ca-grapes is akin to the gas station owner running out to your car, after you have paid and pumped your gas, saying you'll have to give it back because the company just decided it had pumped too much gas for the day ... and, BTW, the money you paid is ours to keep.

My opinion is that Ca-grapes position constitutes an "illegal taking" of private property.
