I don't know you tell me. Is it the MM's making a market? Because I am pretty sure there is a lack of volume throughout that entire chart. So if this stock has been walked down for months in order to create volume yet there is still no volume wouldn't they think "hey maybe if we walk this up there might be some trading interest"
