$SEEK has booked seven straight months of net profit and hasn't sold one single share since July 11, 2011. The last time I spoke with Standard Registrar to confirm the share structure was yesterday (11/10/2011).

If $SEEK books another month of profits, that's the first straight quarter-over-quarter profits for the company.
