But it does not look good for that partner. How long has it been since they were in final stages with Quest? 5 months. That PR brought in enough new investors to suck up what was being sold by Mammoth and others. Including myself. As seen in the SC 13D filing. The market tells us that partner is not near. The next LOI PR might just trigger the next dumping of debentures. I understand that the company needs money to operate and I helped out, But how long will we wait for that big elusive partner or that $10 million. Years? By then this set of investors might be diluted out.

While I agree with your statement in the abstract, that appears to be one or two "ifs" too far.

But, as you noted, there is no current correlation between the price of Gold and the price of SUGO.
