i guarantee we will see another NDA...the veil of secrecy will again return for the next couple years and then the veil will be removed and POOF like a magician nothing will be there....gotta love this stock

This apparent new NDA is Bart announcing his intention of business as usual. Where a 10Q and subsequent uplisting is a dream. Else why keep secret what you would have to disclose in a 10Q - at least the cash part of the transaction?
