Did not look it up because it's a non issue, but wouldn't be surprised that the commons aren't even entitled to divi's suppose that's only for preferred.

As for the quote in your wallet, it takes at least a couple of working days to get the split cleared for the old shares.

The Stock Dividend is just how the R/S is executed.

I agree.

My take is that the stock dividend is a dividend where you will receive .001 shares for each share that you own today. It's just the reverse split and NOT a cash dividend - it's the way the R/S is executed.

If you own 100,000,000 shares, you will receive .001 of a new share for each of your old shares(100,000 "new" shares).

hey Olie77,,,whether its a reverse split at a ratio of 1-1000 or stated as a dividend of .001 for each pre share you owned, it becomes the same...it's not a dividend at all...example: 20,000,000 shares pre split [x] .001 dividend = 20,000 shares post split.....now the same 20,000,000 shares pre split divided by 1000 =20,000 shares post split...its the same, just creative wording...hope this helps...best to all involved!!!
