After speaking to many shareholders, we want nothing to do with Wallace, McLeod and thier henchman. Spencer is GOSY.

And I assume Wallace wants nothing to do with GOSY. He just wants GOSY to obey court orders. Shouldn't the CEO of a public company obey court orders?
