If it hadn't been previously decided that the loan should be settled by shares it doesn't make any difference to me. In that case the management still took the decision to issue shares.

DON'T LET IRONRIDGE GET A GOOD PRICE

Yes, that is with 99% probability true. Ironridge has only timed the market incredibly well. According to the specification of accounts payables in the last quarterly report, this was the last portion of debt outstanding that could be convertible.

As such, we should all try to keep the stock price as high as possible the coming days, because the price will be set during this period:

"over that number of consecutive trading days following the date of receipt required for the aggregate trading volume, as reported by Bloomberg LP, to exceed $9 million, not to exceed the arithmetic average of the individual daily volume weighted average prices of any five trading days during such period."
