Unfortunately, we couldn't find a way to offer the 1.5# half fillet on the website as hoped nor can we do the whole fillet. The 6oz entree fillet is laser cut so the size is consistent, but the larger pieces must be sold at catch weight and that can't be done on-line. However, we're working on it ... if the flaked business gets big enough, we can portion cut the larger fillets and then use the small cut-offs for flaked packages.
