Waiting for the Jordanfonden response now in regard to the offering results.
I'm thinking that the price will rise soon since the deal is an average of consecutive trading day closing prices...maybe with the release of earnings.

Can you provide a link and say which page number? Yes a private placement of 6 million shares does not sound like it is in the shareholders best interests.
