..."Without revenue from new contracts, the Company projects it can satisfy ordinary cash requirements through December 31, 2011, without being required to raise additional capital. In 2012, [and early if so required], the Company will seek to raise additional capital to cover ordinary business operations through private equity and or debt offerings and/or loans. There is no assurance that the company will be able to raise additional capital, or raise it on commercially reasonable terms, and this represents a material risk to the Company's business..."
