Actually, I have been concerned that the damages (especially if Tripled for Willfull Infringement) will bankrupt several infringers, if not all. I would much rather see Settlements, with them becoming profitable Customers of GERS. I probably should be more vindictive, because they collectively have cost us a lot of money, but taking the long view, would still rather get more from them as customers, than as defeated, bankrupt, Nobodies.
