Don't kid yourself for one second thinking that Mr. Davies doesn't have a lot to do with where we are today. This attorney has only been linked to fraudulant companies and questionable corporate actions. His track record speak for itself.
IMHO, cutting ties with him and hiring a legit. attorney would go a long way to re-instilling some confidence around here.
