But it is the wild west where they're working. Making public their production figures could prove to attract complications they don't want or need right now.

If that were the case, they would push to the limits their complying with SEC regulations.

I believe AMS was a private company registered and working in SL and the problem with financials was the auditing of AMS prior to its incorporation into SNEY?
AMS working in a CASH ECONOMY that does not like to give reciepts or pay taxes where the largest bank note (NOW) is about $2.5 and makeing thousands of small purchases as they would be in expenditure mode would not be easy to audit and that is why I believe the financials are taking some time.
I also think there may be some internal wrangling as how do you put a cost on all the previous work, labor time, good will and exploration that AMS have been doing prior to entering SNEY.
What do you think AMS will do if these are not representative of the time, work, and effort they have put in?
