Shorts "put a lid" on stocks all of the time. Notice how little volume it took to move GOSY from the lows to long term support.

Smoke and mirrors IMO. This stock should never have traded below .007. Return to .01 area is just return to base. It's poised to breakout and that's why the shorts have a cap on it. SHORT SQUEEZE on announcement of sealed Chinese JV IMO.
