Am I seeing it right that this stock started trading back in March or so at 1.34 or so? Then went up fairly quickly to ~ $2? Can't imagine anyone selling cheaper than in there somewhere.

There is no bottom. There is persistent selling and not enough buying to offset it.
If this continues with no positive news, we'll go under a dollar.
What happened to the PR company they hired?
