He is connected to Mission Holdings, LLC as the registered agent in OK. Now how did this OK company find and buy an abandoned silver mine in the boonies of AZ? The OK gov site requires payment to see who the officers of both Mission Holdings and Extractive are.

And Mr. Adkins is the registered agent for Extractive Technologies Inc., the private company that issued the ore processing unit license to EXVA who then issued it to GEAR and to whom EXVA is paying $8,000 a month for!
