A smallish clue may be that the CEO enjoys a MUCH less than steller reputation in the world of business. A bigger clue is that the IG4 is merely a pipe dream..an imaginary concept.

Or to put it in more real terms...a damn lie.A damn lie meant to sell...SHARES OF THE PP VARIETY... Or to attract a lender/financier. Willing to accept shares as collateral.
