I'm not sure about the date but I can say that the estimation of the 0.025 share price was stated by the company in regards to the Unitell Worldwide Communications deal.

exactly - and THEN came the Gilman deal - whereby the bank CHANGED its loan from 50 million to 500 million. What does that tell us?

What did EMXC and Unitell and Gilman show the bank to get that kind of credit lined up?
