you assert they are lying, either you made it up, or know that for a fact, if you made it up, you should say so, if you know it for a fact you should call the SEC so others wont be misled and lose money


they are NOT required to file ANY 8K unless it is MEANINGFUL, the monthly numbers are NIT meaningful

one can therefore assert with confidence you are attempting to mislead (potential) investors

the question then is WHY ARE YOU DOING SO?
