He got $15 million more than first agreed for the dairy though.. Maybe that can compensate a bit, same amount in dollars as 10 million shares at $1.5. But I think that he wants to get bang for the bucks in the terms of the efforts of listing SIAF in the US.
Can't say the development of the price per share is encouraging.. Who knows maybe the second batch of another 5 000 000 shares is being sold to. Someone thought that since it was issued at a higher price the seller would wait until the price per share was around the price issued, but there's no guarantee of that.
