$1 is too far fro Etrade. $0.10 isn't. Scottrade doesn't allow a limit order to be more than 5 times the current PPS for stocks under a certain PPS.

If you use Scottrade you need to call them personally and your broker can set it where ever you want to sell. Mine is set from a penny to dollar. GTC only lasts 60 days or something like that and you need to call them again.
