From 105 mil to 1 bil and they gave 180 mil to mgmt! that leaves 715 mil (less maybe 150 mil common shareholders) so about 565 mil shares and no one reporting that they own them. sure makes me uneasy! and if Tom still owned 25% i would think he would still be active somehow in MLXO affairs. especially if he is hearing the mgmt turmoil that we are!
