Puffer, you are wrong. it happens all the time there are non public aspects of these deals that assure no loss. I know, I've been in on them. I've had public traded reporting companies CEOs contact me asking for an off the records invest at huge discounted prices. I would get a stock at 50% discount to the market and sell it as soon as I got it. And, I'm a small player, imagine what the big players get) It happens, shit happens and you all know it. It happens with NNVC.
