Wow--the company is not being dragged down by Wallace? There goes Spencer's counterclaims and JAMS!! Looks like Wallace will add one more on his deposition list. Rumor has it wallace will be adding a new lawsuit against Spencer for stating that Wallace is engaged in an illegal practice. Will be interesting to see Spencer's proof that Wallace is NSS GOSY stock. And regarding Wallace's judgment, he obviously presented evidence as to his damages since courts don't make up numbers. Spencer had an opportunity to refute Wallace's evidence and CHOSE not to do so. Whatever evidence Judge Vaughn based his award on can no longer be challenged. Spencer found that out when he tried to challenge the judgment last July and was laughed out of court. In fact, Spencer was beaten so badly that he withdrew a motion to try the same thing with the judgment Wallace's parents have. He knew he'd be thrashed in that court as well.
