I don't see what's so confusing for you, but let me break it down and see if that helps. All the numbers can be confirmed from the filings and through contacting the TA, all you need is a calculator and an Internet connection. It can also me confirmed in less time than it took me to write this post.

First, the 90 million share increase was a year over year increase from July 2010 to July 2011. We've gone over it many times.

Second, the 30 million and change was taken by subtracting the September 15 2011 company update from the current sticky post from the TA.

After receiving an email from the TA yesterday, there was another increase of 7.6 million shares.

Adding the 7.6 million to the 30 million and change brings the total addition of new shares since September 15 to 38 million roughly.

Those thinking the next filing will be good are in for a dreadful surprise. Companies don't dilute when they are doing well.
