Now if you take a moment to go back...and I did already... look at the dates on those emails and the dates on when they were posted... you will see they did in deed release a PR in that time frame... what happened with the others is IMO they ran into the time that the RS was being done... again you have to go back and look at the time frame when the submitted the RS, it was July..and they have no idea when FINRA will approve it...we know now that it was approved in Oct... but they held off on the follow up PR's in my opinion because they did not know if they would have the RS approved and then look really stupid.... As for the RS I have explained my theory and backed it up over and over... If you look at the daily list on a regular basis, you will see that EVERY DAY they list a stock or stocks that will be doing an RS the following day... in the past 4 weeks there has not been ONE of those stocks that has pre announced to their investors that an RS was coming...the latest one was SUTID they did a 1 for 1500 RS and did not inform their investors in advance... so this rubbish of an un-announced RS is just that rubbish... over 95% of all Pinksheet stock do not pre announces their intentions to do a reverse split.
As for the PPS, if you can find one person out here that is happy about it, then they need to be put in a room with padding on the walls.... I sure as hell am not...but I also am a believer in the same thing I was when I first bought into this... that in the long run ( who know how long that will be) this will be a very successful investment for me. If your long then you have faith in the things they have said will happen... the rebreather will come to market..the Fortune 500 company will provide substantial revenue et.
If you dont feel that way then you do as BF does...you complain about it daily...hourly... hey thats his right as a shareholder... but I think your wrong as to them not putting out the PRs that you were told were going to happen... business decision were made and those PR's have been put on hold...now the ones the latrod were just told about...those do indeed need to happen with in the 2 or 3 day time frame... if they dont..then we can all begin to worry.
