Actually the master agreement is what counts....it's the exclusive 10 year contract between RKT and JBI....the addendum's are just details for each different site....as for any addendum's being signed/announced?....JBI is under no obligation to comment on the matter.....the CONTRACT with RKT was signed and filed....that's all that was and is required....just sayin'

Negative, the Master Agreement and JBI have a Red Light with a unsigned Addendum, they will not have a Green Light until they get the Addendum executed.

Without a Green Light/Addendum they have nothing....period
