Well he said they were up there just 2 weeks ago so they have a lot of work to do including grading an access road. They had 4 inches of snow up there over the weekend.
It will take them weeks just to submit their POO (Plan of Operation) and that must be approved before they can advance. The tunnels must be mapped and pass a safety inspection.
They will need a permit to operate a diesel engine in a stationary location. They will need permits to haul the ore over public roads. Government regulations always cause delays.
