I did call the company one time last year, got a machine and left a message.

I was not home when Jim returned the call and he left a message which answered my question.

That was all. I thing B_T or someone else has talked to him directly on the phone but not sure.

If you email him, and he is busy, he usually checks them and sends a reply early in the am, like 6 am. And if he is not busy,
he has replied in the mornings too. But, that is only what I have seen from the past. GLTA
