I have tried to contact Rick Grubb to verify that there actually is an agreement to purchase the Cyber Tracker. He was listed in the PR as being the Transportation Supervisor for the Knox County School District. That fact (that he is the supervisor) is verified by the school district's website, which I found through Google. This is where I got the phone number for Mr. Grubb. After a number of attempts, I have yet to get an answer. I know that doesn't necessarily mean anything, since it is summer time and he is a school employee. But I'd really like to find out about this agreement.
The number is 865-584-1550 if anyone else would like to give it a shot. There isn't even a recorded message. That seemed a little odd.
