They already disclosed the share structure in the last webinar. I strongly believe there is a financing problem. I wonder why we are not hearing anything from Steriwave for all this time. I might be wrong.

Not likely. A stock sitting at no bid is worth nothing to a toxic note holder. Only after they reverse split does toxic financing come into play.
