I feel your pain. They have not done a good job in keeping their stockholders informed about the merger. It is difficult to remain positive but I am trying to do so. Even though the SP has taken repeated hits, it is still up. Why someone would want to sell below it's recent SP is just crazy..in my worthless opinion. glta
