The 8-k release after hours last night detailing Plamondon's departure from the company as CEO. We didn't literally expect it, of course, as none of us could have known that, but we've been talking and wondering for months now about acquisitions and why nothing has gotten done, so to see the CEO depart isn't unexpected if, indeed, the Chairman and the board felt like he wasn't getting the job done.
