Wallace worked for GOSY for 5 MONTHS, as I heard it. He had to sue to get paid for his employment. Apparently he won.

Twice. ;-)

Don't know if he cited the 13th Amendment or not.

The simple answer is that Wallace did not work for GOSY for five years without being paid. He worked for less than five months believing Spencer's lies. It's been five years since Wallace worked there and to date Spencer hasn't paid him a dime. In Spencerland, it's OK for employers not to pay employees. We can speculate about the proof Wallace provided regarding his damages. The fact is he did to Judge Vaughn's satisfaction. Spencer had the right to provide evidence to the contrary, but CHOSE not to do so. Perhaps he didn't have any. Talking about it now might be an interesting intellectual exercise, but it has no legal effect. Wallace, that incompetent lawyer, has binding judgment against GOSY and when GOSY tried to convince Judge Vaugh to vacate the judgment, Judge Vaughn laughed them out of court. In this matter Wallace was very competent and GOSY's lawyer totally incompetent. I wonder if Spencer received anything in the mail today signed by Judge Irwin? Or maybe the sheriff. Or maybe both. LOL!!!
